点评：Buyer beware. At least that’s what the manager actually just told me on the phone. We purchased 4 “sterling silver” necklaces from vendor booth 278. We discovered after purchase they’re not actually silver. The seller, as well as Brass Armadillo, refused to refund me. BA told me they can’t do anything about it, “per the contract.” They’re aware the seller is selling fraudulent jewelry, but they’re continuing to allow this seller to sell because “they don’t REALLY know” if it’s fake. I suggested that a simple magnet to the jewelry in that booth would give him the answer. (If it sticks, it’s steel; not silver.) He then told me I should have done that before purchase. I wasn’t aware that I couldn’t trust what was being sold.
Bottom line - they know this vendor is selling fake , mislabeled goods, and they’re continuing to allow their customers to get ripped off. It’s really sad.
