Flathead Fishfinders & Captain Mike's Fish-n-fun的点评
点评：A cool breeze sent a shiver across the water as white whiskered mountains stood as silent sentinels against the shores of Flathead Lake. Low white clouds quietly vanished into blue sky as the sun shone muted gold light onto the side of the ancient mountaintops. Nothing broke the silence of the morning save for the steady hum of the trolling motor and the exclamation, "something's happening here!" as the line spooled away, yet another large lake trout succumbing to the experience and wisdom of Captain Dillon.
Impeccably kept boat, excellent equipment and a Captain / Guide as personable as he was knowledgeable! I don't believe the fishing trip for my wife and I could have been more perfect, from the first contact about booking to departing at the dock, we were treated as favored guests and at the end felt like we had made another friend. I always believe the mark of a great Captain is how busy they are but still find time to be friendly and personable without being solicitous and making sure you're comfortable and informed - here Dillon would rate a 10 out of 10. He kept us on fish the whole time, we caught 13 or 14 fish and about 8 nice size Lake Trout. His enthusiasm was real and he shared his knowledge of the water and the lake. Again, the boat (a bellwether of how a guide cares for clients) was clean, comfortable and not only well equipped, but efficient so lures stayed in the water! Dillon also showed a true concern for the fish we released getting them back into the water quickly, a mark of a true sportsman!
I would highly recommend Flathead Fish Finders for all levels of experience and my guess is Captain Dillon would be excellent with teaching children how to enjoy the sport!
Captain Mike even met us at the dock and carried our cooler to our car!
Going back to Flathead from Pennsylvania next year just to fish with Captain Dillon and Flathead Fishfinders!
