DON!T BE FOOLED BY THE OVERALL RATING OF THIS COMPANY!! Experience of insult and disrespect beyond words!

点评：WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Never have I ever(!) been so badly treated by another adult as I was by the guide Nestor in this company. He BULLIED and INSULTED me AGGRESSIVELY in front of the whole group while pointing at me with his walking stick for no legit reason at all! He even purposely gathered the group before insulting me wich can not be seen as anything else but a master suppression technique. I was in chock and he completely ruined my experience walking the two peaks of Madeira. I had so much stomach ache and the situation almost felt unreal.
I am a young, kind and warm woman and there is absolutely nothing that can justify the disrespect I experienced from this evil man who should NOT be working with either people or service. What was also disturbing was that he picked a family with a young daughter of 9-11 years who he, in contrast to how he treated me, was sucking up to extremely to perhaps “show to the group what a fun and nice man he is”. It only made him look two-faced and it was obvious that some people were very uncomfortable with his manipulative behavior.
While driving back, a couple of other travelers expressed to me how they hated this man both for how he treated me but also for his general energy, aggression and that he stopped to talk so much that we didn’t get to see the part of PR 1 (stairway to heaven) that was many peoples main reason for picking this tour.
DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE OVERALL RATINGS OF THIS COMPANY and instead read the 1-star horrifying stories of others who also experienced insults and aggression! If you sit down and read these testimonies it is actually scary how this company can be allowed to continue with its services. Some behaviors could even be reported to the police.
So don’t support this company!!

回程路上，其他几位游客向我表达了他们多么讨厌这个人，不仅因为他对待我的方式，还因为他总是精力充沛、咄咄逼人，而且他总是停下来聊天，以至于我们没能看到PR 1（通往天堂的阶梯）的那部分，而这恰恰是很多人选择这次旅行的主要原因。
不要被这家公司的整体评分所迷惑，去看看那些同样遭受侮辱和攻击的1星恐怖故事吧！如果你认真读一读这些证词，就会发现这家公司竟然还能继续提供服务，这真是令人毛骨悚然。有些行为甚至可能会被举报给警方。
所以，千万不要支持这家公司！！
