点评：Had a dive booked originally for over a year ago, when I arrived on site, I was kitted up and put on the first plane. Once in the plane, attached to my instructor, we were told there was a technical fault with the plane and had to get out. We was then made to wait 3 hours whilst a "new plane" flew in, which never arrived. I attempted to re book my sky dive 3 times after that and each time it was cancelled. I then unfortunately suffered a medical condition which deemed me unfit to dive. I provided a signed official document from my GP as stated was required in GoSkydives T&C's for a refund however this was rejected and was told I had to sell my dive to a friend or family member. Finally, they agreed to refund me minus the deposit, however when I never received my refund they informed me that I was given wrong information and actually I would not receive anything back. In total, I have lost over £400 for the dive and camera package.
