点评：Our experience as a couple who went into the Soaring Eagle shop in Ketchikan, Alaska on 20.8.25 and purchased an agat lamp worth 2000 USD, is frankly absolutely terrible. If there were negative points to ge given on a scale from -1 to -5, it would be -5.
Beware of this business which clearly delves on holiday makers coming from various cruise liners and get lured in to making expensive purchases, only to realise that they have been cheated and robbed of their money.
My wife and I unfortunately purchased this beautiful lamp while our ship was docked in Ketchikan on 20.8.25. We were travelling from Uk. The shop owners, Sal and Alassi, were very smooth talkers and convinced us to make the purchase. However, when the item was not shipped well beyond the said time frame my bank raised an ARN seeking for refund. Immediately later they sent the shipping tracking number. It was just after 3 months of the purchase that the item reached us in UK on 22.11.25. They had quoted 2 to 8 weeks of delivery time.
Moreover, much to our dismay and grief, the item was nowhere close to what we had selected while in the shop. It was also half the size of what we had seen and chosen. We haven't a clue what would be the best move forward, if any, from here.
Please do not get cheated by this business.
