点评："I strongly advise everyone to STAY AWAY from Micks Transfers & Tours (Fiji) Pte Limited. We had a disastrous experience that resulted in significant financial loss and emotional distress.
We booked our services months in advance, provided the guest list 10 months early, and paid the full amount well before the travel date. However, upon arrival in Nadi, we discovered that nothing was prepared and none of the local services had been paid for. Our guests were left stranded, and our guide was forced to pay over $4,000 USD out of pocket just to ensure the tour could proceed, despite the fact that we had already paid the company in full. It was a complete embarrassment and a total lack of professional ethics.
For the past two months following the tour, the company repeatedly promised to refund the money we spent. Now, they have completely stopped answering our calls and messages. This is not just poor service; this is fraudulent behavior.
We have officially filed complaints with the Fiji tourism authorities. Do yourself a favor and do not trust this company with your money or your travel plans."
