Amazing Jet Ski Ride Ruined by Dangerous Boat Driver

点评：My 13-year-old daughter and I rented a jet ski for 20 minutes. Despite the high waves, the jet ski experience itself was absolutely fantastic. We really enjoyed it.
Unfortunately, the experience was completely overshadowed by the return trip. After our session, we were picked up by the speedboat that transports customers to and from the jet skis.
Before collecting us, the driver first approached another customer on a jet ski and spoke to him in a very aggressive and unprofessional manner because he was apparently riding in the wrong area.
When it was our turn, the driver headed back to shore at full speed despite the rough sea conditions. We had to sit on the side of the boat with only a single rope to hold on to. We were repeatedly slammed against the boat by the waves, and it felt very unsafe, especially with my daughter on board.
I politely asked the driver if he could slow down a little because of the rough conditions. His response was simply, “Not possible,” after which he laughed at us. I found this disrespectful and completely unprofessional.
Once we reached the beach, we were told that they were very busy and that the driver had to travel between several rental locations. While I understand that businesses can be busy, this should never come at the expense of customer safety or respectful treatment.
The jet ski itself was amazing, but the dangerous return trip and the driver’s attitude completely ruined what should have been a great experience. For that reason, I cannot recommend this company.
