点评：I booked with a lot of time a trip to Heathrow a car for 5 suitcases and 5 passenger being 1 passenger only with 5 standard size suittcases as there was no place where they say the size of the suitcase. I specify in details my situations and they confirm my booking. Then I was prompt a month later with a message to confirm the trip and I asked to check that I have 5 suitcases, just to confirm. Then I find out that I needed to upgrade as the car is only for medium size without the medium size being described and that a charge could be apply for excess if they needed to add a suitcase in the seating area without guarnatees. I told them I hired a car for 5 suitcases as it is what I have being only one passenger and that there was no place before making the booking where it says medium size only or what is considered medium size because again, I have standard 23kf suitcases. I was treated quite rudely by customer service and charged with the cancellation fee which should have been waived due to their misleading information.
翻译：我提前很久就预订了一辆车去希思罗机场，车上标明可以装5个行李箱，乘坐5人，但实际上只有我一个人。因为预订信息里没有明确说明行李箱的尺寸，所以我只带了5个标准尺寸的行李箱。我详细说明了我的情况，他们也确认了我的预订。一个月后，我收到一条短信确认行程，我再次确认是否真的带了5个行李箱。结果我才知道，我需要升级车型，因为预订的车型只能装中型行李箱，但预订信息里并没有明确说明中型行李箱的尺寸。他们还说，如果要在座位区额外放置行李箱，可能会收取额外费用，而且他们也无法保证一定能装下。我告诉他们，我租的车是能装5个行李箱的，因为我只有一个乘客，而且预订之前也没有任何地方说明只能装中型行李箱，或者中型行李箱的尺寸是多少，因为我的行李箱是标准的23公斤重的。客服态度非常恶劣，还收取了取消费用，这笔费用本来应该因为他们提供的信息有误而免除。
