点评：Appalling. This soft play is rundown and tired. The mattresses have some rips on them and it is all just badly managed. The manager called me and my family out for having 2 water bottles in this boiling weather (August 2026), and apparently there is a no food and drink from outside policy which I completely understand but why take away water we have brought with us? Children will dehydrate in this place , with no air con so js still hot from trapped heat. This water bottle issue is just crazy - denying water when I don’t really want to pay 3 quid for a bottle. Honestly unbelievable and the manager wasn’t even
understanding about it. You pay enough to enter this place, so I’m not happy she’s taking water from kids.
Will definitely not be returning to this badly managed and tired place. Asked for director’s email address to complain- was given a general mailbox address. Fair enough but at this price point, I expect better customer service from the management for this price.

翻译：糟糕透顶。这个儿童游乐场破旧又失修。垫子上有不少破口，整体管理也一塌糊涂。在2026年8月这种酷热的天气里，我和家人因为带了两瓶水而被经理叫去训话。据说这里有禁止自带食物和饮料的规定，这一点我完全理解，但为什么连我们自己带的水也要没收呢？这里没有空调，热气积聚，环境闷热不堪，孩子们在里面很容易脱水。这个卖水的问题简直荒谬至极——我根本不想花3英镑买一瓶水，他们却连水都不给我。真的难以置信，而且经理对此也毫无理解之心。我们付了足够的费用才能进入这个地方，可她居然连孩子们的水都收走，这让我非常不满。我绝对不会再光顾这个管理混乱、服务糟糕的地方了。我要求提供负责人的电子邮箱以便投诉，结果只得到了一个通用邮箱地址。也罢，但以这样的价格来说……以这个价格来说，我期望能得到更好的客户服务。
