Fantastic diving in La Paz!

点评：In October 2025, I spent 4 days diving with The Dive Gurus. This included 2 days of completing the advanced open water certification and then 2 additional days of "fun" diving.
Diving in La Paz was incredible—clear waters, abundant marine life, and calm conditions that made every dive enjoyable. Was able to dive with sea lions, had a brief encounter with a hammerhead shark, saw large schools of sardines and reef fish, visited 2 wrecks. Diving here was comparable and in some aspects, perhaps better than in Australia, south Pacific and the Caribbean.
The dive shop was professional and easy to communicate with from the start, and the instructors, particularly Maru, were knowledgeable, patient, and safety-focused while still keeping things fun. Everything ran smoothly, from equipment setup to post-dive logistics. Overall, an outstanding experience that I’d recommend to anyone visiting La Paz
