Unfortunately, I became sick as a result.
Following the cruise, I contacted the company directly. The organizer of the event I attended also contacted Cornucopia on my behalf. I was told I would hear back from a manager, but neither I nor the event organizer ever received a response. No follow-up. No accountability.
This indicates that the company is aware there are issues and chooses not to address them or communicate with customers once payment has been collected. Given the food safety concerns and the lack of response afterward, I would not recommend this experience and would caution others to be very careful, especially when it comes to dining onboard.
