点评：I attended a brunch cruise with Cornucopia and had a very disappointing and concerning experience.
The food options were extremely limited and appeared cheap and off the shelf. They were also poorly prepared. Both the fish and the chicken were undercooked. This wasn’t a subjective opinion - multiple guests noticed and reported the issue to staff during the event, not after the fact.
Unfortunately, I became sick as a result.
Following the cruise, I contacted the company directly. The organizer of the event I attended also contacted Cornucopia on my behalf. I was told I would hear back from a manager, but neither I nor the event organizer ever received a response. No follow-up. No accountability.
This indicates that the company is aware there are issues and chooses not to address them or communicate with customers once payment has been collected. Given the food safety concerns and the lack of response afterward, I would not recommend this experience and would caution others to be very careful, especially when it comes to dining onboard.
