点评：I generally prefer not to leave negative reviews, as every experience is personal.
However, this excursion was honestly quite disappointing. There were three young staff members who spent about 85% of the time on their phones, drinking Fanta at the back of the boat instead of looking for dolphins or engaging with the guests.
We were unlucky and didn’t see anything, which can happen and is completely normal with wildlife tours. But our guides also showed very little motivation or willingness to make an effort.
There was also only a very short swim stop of around 10 minutes, with one guide paying no attention at all to three children in the water.
I have been on many boat trips before, and I understand that sometimes you don’t see any animals — that’s nature. But the lack of professionalism from these young staff members was truly shocking.
Avoid this company — I’m sure you can find much more professional operators elsewhere.
