Overcrowded and chaotic

点评：Disappointing week. We had high hopes for our children's ski lessons. The first time they have had all day lessons having skiied only morning lessons before.
The first day we had to meet in the town by a lift. Children were then walked all the way across town with their kit for the assessment. Seemed like a complete waste of the morning (hiking across town) why not have the parents meet at the right location.
Groups were enormous 13 in a group. I witnessed other parents handing over a cash bride to instructors in the morning to take their children. Meaning the groups were not manageable and dangerous all kids accidents / falls were the result of other children in their group skiing into them.
On the last day they had the race which was nice enough however many parents then take their children. As I was not skiing I wanted him to stay in ski school (we'd paid for the 6 days) however he was merged with another group of higher standard and a different instructor. At 7 years old this was too much for him as he didn't know anyone and was out of his depth. So he ended up missing the final day.
In all we paid for 6 days lesson and got 4.5 of overcrowded groups.
On a positive note the instructions were both well liked by the children and they made them feel comfortable
