Skischule Saalbach - Fürstauer的点评
点评：Worst ski school we have used! We booked this for group lessons for our three children.
There was a chaotic first morning registering them in a small space in the centre of town.
When skiing in the afternoon of the first day we saw our youngest two daughters snaking at a snail’s pace down the mountain. These are children that have 3-4 weeks experience and were capable of much more. They explained what a frustrating day this was for them.
By contrast our eldest was placed in a group way too hard for her on the first day and lost all her confidence snd her love of skiing.
I expressed my frustration about the fact that all three children had been wrongly graded. This is new year week and there were lots of different classes. They just hadn’t taken the time to properly assess their ability. I called the office later that day to be told it was all fine. A very arrogant manager that could t seem to care less and had poor people or customer service skills.
They were then all moved to different groups which did suit them better. The instructors seemed nice but we don’t really feel the children have progressed much in the week at all. Given what we paid.
Instructors seem more interested in chatting to each on the slope rather than engaging with the children.
Came to watch the race on the Friday which involved a long time standing around as no (approximate) time could be given for when their class would go. I was told they would be skiing until three classes before so when I saw them lining up expect they would be going soon but in fact about 20 classes went through before they went which meant a lot of time for them standing in the cold when they could have been skiing /instructed.
We very much like the resort of Saalbach but it’s such a shame this ski school has a monopoly on group lessons as they could be so much better!
(Note- We have no experience of private lessons /instructors which may be better).

之后，他们都被分到了更适合他们的小组。教练们看起来都很友善，但我们感觉孩子们这周的进步并不大。考虑到我们支付的费用，这实在令人失望。
教练们似乎更热衷于在雪道上互相聊天，而不是与孩子们互动。
周五我们来看比赛，结果因为无法告知他们各自的班级何时出发，我们不得不长时间站在那里。我之前被告知他们会在比赛开始前三节课滑雪，所以当我看到他们排队时，以为他们很快就要出发了。但实际上，大约有20节课都结束了，他们才出发，这意味着他们不得不长时间站在寒风中，而本可以滑雪或接受指导。
我们非常喜欢萨尔巴赫度假村，但这家滑雪学校垄断了团体课程，实在令人遗憾，因为他们的课程质量本可以做得更好！
（注：我们没有私人课程/教练的经验，也许私人课程/教练会更好。）
