点评：I want to say a huge thank you to Cheyenne and the whole team at Adventure Mania. From my very first contact with Cheyenne right through to the end of the trip, I was met with genuine warmth, professionalism, and friendliness.
I had tried to book online the day before but ran into some issues. Cheyenne patiently held my place and answered all my questions with such understanding. On the morning of the snorkelling trip, we were kitted out and given a clear, informative briefing. Cheyenne’s knowledge and enthusiasm were immediately obvious — she truly loves what she does.
Our group was around 8–10 people, including additional staff, and what stood out most was the incredible effort Cheyenne put into making the experience 100% inclusive. I struggled at first with snorkel breathing and felt a bit panicky at times. I also found it difficult to spot some of the species underwater. Cheyenne was endlessly patient, reassuring, and supportive. She guided me as many times as I needed so I could get the very best out of the experience. Her passion really shone through.
I had brought my own GoPro but wasn’t confident using it. Cheyenne helped me with every step, even taking photos of me using it and capturing footage on her own GoPro to make sure I didn’t miss out on great memories.
The absolute highlight for me was seeing a huge group of Eagle Rays — at least twenty of them gliding together. It was magical and something I’ll never forget.
And the boat ride itself on the RIB was exhilarating — speeding over the waves was an insane, joyful rush!
It was truly a wonderful experience from start to finish. I can’t recommend Adventure Mania highly enough.
