Very poor handling of food allergies/No allergy info-breaking the law

点评：My comment is not about the zoo itself, but the accommodation of food allergies.They do not display any information about allergens nor give a detailed, informed description when customers enquire it.My daughter has food allergies and I was trying to find out what she can eat there-being from the UK we are used to clear allergy information.I was only told 'the food has everything' in it, by a person who served us and clearly without any allergy knowledge/training.He also did not offer any alternatives.This is against the law by not displaying ingredients and by employing people who have zero clue. Also, a woman selling animal treats was not able to give allergy information on the animal food, stating this is not for the child to eat :) Having zero knowledge about allergies again- not knowing a child can have an allergic reaction by touching the allergen.This was not the only establishment in Hungary like this- I will make sure to remind them and spread the word that they are BREAKING THE LAW. VERY POOR SERVICE GYŐR ZOO.
