Incredible Experience with the Dream Team on Poon Hill + ABC Trek

点评：We completed the Poon Hill + ABC trek as a group of 14, supported by 3 guides and 8 porters (including a dedicated water porter). The experience far exceeded my expectations.
Our lead guide, Resham, and assistant guides, Ram and Bhuwan, showed immense professionalism and discipline. They always ensured we were well-fed before having their own meals in the kitchen. Unlike some guides I’ve encountered elsewhere, they remained completely professional and focused throughout the entire journey.
Bhuwan has a great sense of humor and is a fantastic dancer! He is also incredibly thoughtful—when I forgot my hiking pole during our sunrise hike to ABC and struggled with the slippery path, he appeared out of nowhere to offer me one. Ram consistently stayed at the back of the group, which was a huge help since I prefer to take my time. He was always there to remind us to watch our steps and lent a hand during river crossings. It was also fascinating to learn about his culture and ethnicity.
Resham managed everything seamlessly from start to finish. While he has a very "chill" personality, he is incredibly serious and organized when it comes to work. As we reached higher altitudes, he constantly reminded us of the importance of staying warm. He is the perfect mix of professional and fun.
Our porters were also amazing—we truly wouldn't have made it to ABC without their hard work. They were always smiling and positive. A special thanks to our "water man" for his incredible effort.
If you're planning to hike in Nepal, I highly recommend Backpacker Treks and Expedition. They are truly the dream team you want by your side!
