点评：We had a wonderful visit to Bodegas Castaño and were lucky enough to enjoy a small private tour while the grape harvest was in full swing – making the experience even more special.
Our guide, Raquel, was fantastic: extremely knowledgeable, professional and passionate. She took plenty of time to explain the winery and winemaking process and expertly answered all our many questions.
The tasting was excellent and beautifully demonstrated the diversity of the wines: one white, one rosé, three reds and, finally, a delicious Monastrell-based fortified wine.
A fascinating introduction to the wines of Yecla and especially to the versatility of Monastrell. Excellent wines, great hospitality and a very personal experience.
