点评：Our 3‑day trip to Bacalar with Fernando Puerto Villanueva and Yucatán Puertours was exceptional from start to finish. The lagoon, the cenotes, the rapids, the history—everything was stunning—but what truly made this experience unforgettable was the warmth and connection we shared with Fernando and his family. Traveling with his wife, their son, and his cousin with her two daughters created an intimate, friendly atmosphere that made us feel like part of their circle.
Fernando’s knowledge of the region added so much depth to the journey. He answered every cultural question with enthusiasm, from local history to everyday traditions to the best ice cream flavors unique to the Yucatán. His care and attention were constant—frequent washroom stops, cold beverages always available, spontaneous fruit‑stand visits, and even a quick stop to buy beautiful handmade cutting boards.
Our days were full and beautifully organized without ever feeling rushed. We enjoyed optional sunrise moments, relaxed breakfasts, a breathtaking boat tour on the lagoon, visits to San Felipe Fort, Cenote Azul, and the Bacalar Rapids, and evenings free to unwind at the hotel, browse the local market, or explore at our own pace.
A helpful tip for future travelers: bring plenty of Mexican pesos. Local markets, fruit stands, ice cream shops, and small vendors often accept cash only, and having pesos on hand makes the experience smooth and enjoyable.
