Great venue for target archery with friendly staff

点评：4 of us went for a target archery session as part of a hen party activity. I think it was about £36 a head. Everything was well-equipped, safe and well-explained, and also very fun. I think the session lasted a little over 90 minutes and we had a great time, there is good variety with challenges built into the session as you progress. We had the last session of the day on a Saturday starting at about 5pm and although the instructor had clearly had a long and active day we felt very well looked after. We enjoyed his sense of humour and we were glad we were still able to make him laugh, even though our shooting took a dive in quality as we got tired in the last 10-15 minutes of the session!
There are cold and hot drinks for sale at reception, but unsure about food or snacks as there was a children's party finishing elsewhere on the site so we didn't see all of the buildings. Everything was clean and tidy.
Booking was a little fiddly as we didn't get the full location until after booking, but there was enough information about the location and facilities to give us a general idea that the location would work for our day and attendees. You get sent all the information you need once paid and again shortly before your visit. You all get brief but well-explained health and safety paperwork to fill in online in advance of the day, so it's quick to get started once you're there.
We had very sunny weather but the archery target range was undercover, so if it had rained we would have been dry when shooting. The archery range is very near the car park and also has chairs for those that need to sit.
