Vallée Blanche was AMAZING!

点评：We had a fantastic experience with Compagnie des Guides de Chamonix! We didn’t have a reservation but went to the Midi lift that morning hoping to ski the Vallée Blanche. Several guides told us they didn’t have space for me and my two teenage daughters, but we kept asking. Eventually, a couple of guides from the Compagnie des Guides de Chamonix called their office and found us an incredible guide—Adrian, from Austria.
The descent took about two hours with several breaks along the way. Adrian helped us put our crampons on for the hike and made sure everyone felt safe. He was kind, patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and found patches of untracked snow for us! He shared fascinating insights about the surrounding mountains and the area, making the experience feel like a true mountain tour, not just a ski run. We really appreciate Compagnie des Guides de Chamonix for taking the extra step to find us a guide for the day. Although this is probably a once in a lifetime opportunity, we would highly recommend Compagnie des Guides de Chamonix (with advance booking) and would recommend Adrian every time!
