Tuscany Excursions was nothing short of prompt, professional, personable, and knowledgeable from start to finish. Communication was excellent—from the initial email to the confirmations and questions leading up to our trip. They were always quick to respond and extremely professional. Having previously run a car service myself, I really appreciate how responsive and organized they were. The only small recommendation I would make is that they confirm with the customer the day before rather than having the customer reach out to confirm.
Our driver, Leonardo, was absolutely fantastic—and I don’t use that word lightly! He was passionate, intelligent, incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely enjoyable to spend the day with. We had wonderful conversations and learned so much about the area during our drive from Florence to Siena, San Gimignano, a beautiful winery for lunch, and back to Florence.
Spending a full eight hours with someone can certainly feel like a long day if the person isn’t personable, but Leonardo made the entire experience so enjoyable. We truly loved our time with him and felt like we were traveling with someone who genuinely cared about making our day special.
The Mercedes van was beautiful, spotless, and extremely comfortable. Leonardo arrived early to pick us up and stayed in communication throughout the day, especially when dropping us off to explore different areas. Everything was seamless and stress-free.
We highly recommend Tuscany Excursions and especially Leonardo to anyone looking for a private day trip from Florence to explore the surrounding areas of Tuscany. The service, vehicle, communication, and personal attention were all exceptional.

如果同行的人不善言辞、不够风趣，那么与之共度整整八个小时确实会感觉像漫长的一天；但莱昂纳多让整个旅程变得无比愉快。我们非常享受与他相处的时光，感觉就像是和一位真心希望让我们度过一个特别日子的人一同旅行。
那辆奔驰商务车美观整洁，极为舒适。莱昂纳多早早地就来接我们，并且在整个行程中都与我们保持联系。尤其是当我们需要前往不同地点游览时，一切都安排得井然有序且毫无压力。
我们大力推荐托斯卡纳游览服务公司，尤其推荐莱昂纳多本人——对于任何希望从佛罗伦萨出发、前往托斯卡纳周边地区进行私人一日游的游客来说，他们都是绝佳之选。服务质量、车辆条件、沟通效率以及个性化关怀都堪称卓越。
