点评：Excellent day out! I was apprehensive about the visit after visiting a waterpark in Tenerife etc. and was very unsure how this would turn out, I had also prepped the kids that we may be there for a couple of hours and then head to the beach.
I couldn't have been more wrong - I had already pre-booked and felt the price was very reasonable. We had purchased the all day pass, which was around £7 pp more. Very worth it.
I did think that it got busy, BUT, I do think it was managed very well, especially in comparison to waiting for rides at places like Chessington, I felt the queues went extremely quickly. Yes some signage could be better in places so customers know what to expect - some people were unsure when people appeared to be queue jumping but actually were just in a different line for a different slide.
All staff were friendly and more than happy to help. All the other customers were also happy, everyone just wanted to be there and have a good time.
I found the changing rooms to be clean, toilets to be clean and general site clean. As a family (2 kids aged 8/10) we found every slide very enjoyable. Yes some more than others, but the queue was so quick and managed well, that it didnt matter, we just went on them more and more.
We had pre-booked meal deals, but again no queue, so this wasn't necessary. Food of good quality, warm, and efficient to serve.
This was an august, hot day.
What I thought was going to be 2 hours and move on, turned out to be over 7 hours and we spent the whole day there, and didnt visit the beach once!
Overall, I think this was an excellent day out, we all agreed we want to come back, and I felt it was excellent value for money, with things on site, very well priced too.
One slight area for improvement - get some more visible clocks around the site so I dont have to ask staff what the time is lots of times. Oh a may some anti-seagull type deterrents.
Parking is also very close by, over £10 for the day as the parking didnt show in the app for me to stop the parking session.
Overall, would highly recommend, super pleased I didnt read the neg reviews on here before hand as would have put me off coming. They also dont reflect anything I saw on my visit.

所有工作人员都很友善，乐于提供帮助。其他游客也都心情愉快，大家都只想尽情享受这段时光。我觉得更衣室很干净，厕所也很干净，整个园区也保持得整洁。我们一家三口（两个孩子，分别8岁和10岁）觉得每个滑梯都好玩极了。虽然有些滑梯更吸引人一些，但排队速度很快且秩序良好，所以这也无关紧要了——我们只是不停地去玩那些滑梯。
我们提前预订了餐饮套餐，但实际上也无需排队，所以其实没必要预订。食物质量不错，热气腾腾，上菜效率也高。
那天是八月，天气很热。
原以为只会待两个小时就离开的……结果整个行程竟然超过了7个小时，我们在那里待了一整天，却一次都没去海滩！
总的来说，我觉得这是非常棒的一天出游体验。我们都一致决定以后还要再来。我觉得这里的性价比极高，园区内的各项设施价格也相当合理。
唯一可以改进的地方是：希望能多设置一些显眼的时钟，这样我就不用频繁地问工作人员现在几点了。另外，或许还可以设置一些防止海鸥靠近的设施。
停车场也就在附近。当天我支付了超过10英镑的费用，因为应用程序中根本没有显示停车信息，我也无法终止停车会话。
总的来说，我极力推荐这里。我很庆幸事先没有看到这里的负面评价，不然可能就会打消来的念头了。那些评价也完全不能反映我实际参观时的所见所感。
