点评：It would be worth spending an entire day flying to Oslo then to Evenes, then renting a car and driving there to play this course.
This was one of the best experiences of my travel life. I have recently "re" taken up golf after ignoring it for nearly 50 years. I'm roughly a bogey golfer. We were coming to Norway and the Lofoten islands anyway, and then I saw an ad for this place. Legitimately in the top 100 courses in the world...both in location and condition. Wow. So we reserved a tee time months in advance and rented clubs. Seamless. Even had to change the reservation for logistical reasons and very easily done.
Now, the club house is not Pebble Beach. It's a bunch of trailers basically. You are encouraged to walk the course; I think they can accommodate you with a golf cart if you have health issues. The clubs were Titleists, excellent. Reasonable amount of swag for purchase. Katy, the publicist, is from Chicago and is a delight. The gal behind the counter was a bit stoic, but helpful. There is some food and drink but I don't know if the 19th hole is really all that.
But the course. I mean, wow. First hole I hooked my drive into the Norwegian Sea. How many people can say that? Second hole was a peninsula with the green surrounded by ocean and rock. Over all the course was challenging, but playable (stayed out of traps but lost maybe 6 balls overall...if you mis-hit a drive - i.e. hit it well but pull or push it, well, there's no finding it. Rough is rough. But every shot, you look at this sea of green surrounded by the sea, by mountains, by rock, and you are north of the Arctic Circle....what more can I say. Loved it. If you happen to be going to the Lofoten Islands and you play golf...play it.

不过球场本身嘛——哇，真是棒极了。第一洞时，我的开球直接飞进了挪威海。有几个人能说出这种经历呢？第二洞则是一个半岛，果岭被大海和岩石环绕。总体而言，球场颇具挑战性，但也适合游玩（虽然我没掉进沙坑，不过总共还是弄丢了6颗球……如果你开球失误了——也就是打得不错但偏左或偏右的话）。嗯，根本找不到它。地形确实很崎岖。但每打一杆，你就能看到这片被大海、群山和岩石环绕的绿色原野，而此时你正身处北极圈以北……我还能说什么呢？太喜欢了。如果你正好要去洛福滕群岛打高尔夫……一定要去打吧。
