点评：You arrive in Nea Chora expecting warmth, a lively atmosphere and perhaps a pleasant place to sit for a while. At Nea Chora Café & Drinks, you find rather more than that.
This was my second visit. That alone says a great deal.
The cocktails arrive perfectly chilled, beautifully balanced and made with the quiet confidence of someone who truly knows their craft. I tried the Exotic Caipirinha and the Smoke and Fire Colada. No cloying sweetness. No unnecessary theatrics. Just fresh fruit, good rum and a bartender who knows exactly when enough is enough.
The terrace doesn’t compete with the view. It doesn’t need to. There is shade, a gentle sea breeze and the kind of chair where you can happily spend hours without once feeling the urge to check your phone. In the height of summer, that feels like a luxury.
But what stayed with me wasn’t simply the cocktails.
It was the calm.
No one rushes you. No one tries to upsell you. The staff have that increasingly rare ability to let you enjoy the place at your own pace. You come for a cocktail and somehow find yourself staying to watch the afternoon fade into gold.
My advice is simple: come towards the end of the day. Order a cocktail. Stay.
