点评：A friend booked 2 facials for us both. Upon arrival the office no-longer had our booking due to a computer glitch despite receiving confirmation texts the day prior and that morning which were both confirmed. Lady was very apologetic and made an effort to rectify. Waited about 20 min while this was sorted and eventually were able to get a massage and facial combo with 2 therapists instead so we didn’t have to wait for each other. Massage was good although the music track he put on the speaker finished about 4 times and started playing dance music. Each time it was quickly changed but very off putting when trying to relax. The facial therapist barely spoke any English and was hard to communicate with. Facial was so weird, like she didn’t know what she was doing and it was just one thing after another without much skill or care. No background music or sound so I could just hear packets opening and her clambering about in her trolley for products. A gel mask was applied very sloppy and blobs went in my hair and mouth. When waiting for it to dry, I could hear faint noises and realised she was watching something on her phone with AirPods in while she waited. Venue was dated and not aesthetically neat or professional for a spa. Could see piles of products in treatment rooms, grimey windows, etc which gave a vibe of low quality. Overall, disappointing experience. Would not recommend.
