HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and THIEVES!
I signed up for a membership for three people: myself, my elderly mother, and my disabled sister. I also purchased personal training sessions for my mother. What a HUGE mistake!
They advertised five sessions, but I later discovered that it was only four. In reality, it turned out to be just three sessions because they counted the first one as an 'intake' session. My mother rescheduled her first session twice, and to my shock, they informed us that she only had two sessions remaining--down from five--without any notice that rescheduling counted as using a session. This place is a RIP-OFF.
The manager at the West Covina, CA location, named Daniel Silva, has no customer service skills and is very unhelpful. He claims to be the highest manager and insists that there is no one above him. When I told him that I planned to cancel all memberships and would visit the gym in person to do so, he informed me that cancellations cannot be handled at that location. They provide an agreement to take your money, but they refuse to allow cancellations, so they can continue to steal your money.
Do yourself a favor and find a better gym. Dealing with these unprofessional people will only lead to a headaches.
