terrible, it was always great in the past, this year was a very bad day going on.

点评：WE have been using Elk river floats for almost 20 years, at this point I'm not sure I will go back there, they made up a stupid rule about kids under 10 have to be in a raft, (web site said parents discretion), they stated that rafts are safer, yea right, they are impossible to control and you are at the mercy of the current in the rapids, I am an experienced canoe rider, but what I think is that they bought all of these new rafts and are making us pay for them, I had 9 people in my group and three of them are my grandkids, they forced us to rent a raft and instead of it costing me less than $250 it cost me almost $600 for one 8 man raft and 1 canoe, after 20 years and their crappy attitude towards us, (even the lady that I've dealt with in the past who was usually very nice was hatful that day). they were hateful to everyone that morning.
