点评：So FlyBus would be great if their website worked properly. We booked our tickets in the US at approximately 9:00pm. This is important to know. Because of the time difference, the website kept switching the date on our reservation to the following date. So we made the reservation in accordance with the technical glitch and the reservation for our pickup and delivery ended up being off by a day each way. I brought this up to the staff and they confirmed the correct pickup time for our return trip. No bus showed up because the error had not been corrected. We ended up spending over $200 for a one way cab ride back to the airport. They refused to refund my money claiming the error was mine. I live Iceland, but this experience really soured my visit. We’ll be back but will be renting a car like we normally would. Avoid this flybus garbage at all costs. Literally.
