点评：as well as all the other emails my son has recieved scaring him into the need of insurance. so we travelled 2 hrs to dunsfold for this today - on arrival he was told repeatedly he needed the insurance..... this scared him into buying it. after waiting around for over 1.5 hrs he eventually got in the car, wasnt asked if he had driven a high performance car before and was told to only accelerate slowly, got to a max of 80mph and told to brake miles before the brake boards. after 2 laps he was told that was it......
i am utterly disgusted that you are ripping people off and using scare tactics to sell pointless and unneeded insurance. this was bought as a present and the person who bought it was as disgusted as we were with what she had paid for - she is also making a complaint about this driving experience. also having to pay an extra £25 for a saturday. this is mis selling on a grand scale and you should be ashamed of yourselves in scaring youngsters into spending money they dont have.
not impressed at all and i want to make a formal complaint to the company and request he receives his insurance refunded as this was totally unnessary considering he didnt even get out of 2nd gear and his instructor (harvey) didnt seem willing to even let him push the throttle much.
please refund his pointless insurance waiver as he would have more chance of crashing driving round tesco car park. shocking scare tactics
