点评:Having been to a luau in Hawaii recently, it seemed a little strange to find one on the opposite side of the country, but it was well done overall.
Fire performers were great, dances seemed on point. Audience participation segments were included for both women/men.
All indoors, so no worries about the weather. The multiple ceiling sections did obstruct the view of any fire stick tosses for all but the front rows, but there weren't a lot of tosses.
Comparing the food to the Hawaii experience was the one aspect that seemed to not measure up. Selection was smaller in comparison and (by memory) didn't have as many authentic items.
It did have kahlua pork but not poi (not a problem there..). The Hawaii luau being outdoors (actually did a pig in-ground) and near the source of such items is probably the difference.
Overall, a good luau experience for being in a non-island setting.
