Kalahari Waterparks的点评
点评：My stay was highly disappointing due to severe cleanliness and maintenance issues in my room.
I did not expect my vacation experience to be this poor when I chose Kalahari over other resorts in the area.
After checking in at the kiosk at around 1:45 pm, I never received a text message that my room was ready. I had to go to the front desk myself at nearly 6:00 PM to check on the room. The staff member simply gave me the room number without even a formal apology.
Upon arriving at the room, I discovered the following issues:
1. A stain that looked like fecal matter was on the wall next to the toilet bowl. If the stain were elsewhere, I might have thought it could be something else, but this was too specific to be a coincidence. After I reported it in person, no one was sent to clean the wall during our entire stay.
2. When we returned from dinner and tried to turn on the television, it did not work because it had no connection. I called the front desk to report the problem, but they could not send anyone immediately to fix it.
3. The worst part of all was the bed. The sheets on one bed were full of brown and red stains, which was disgusting. All three of us ended up sleeping in one queen bed and felt very uncomfortable.
4. There were also stains on the desk and chair that housekeeping could have easily removed with a thorough cleaning. As shown in the attached pictures, those stains came right off when I wiped them with a wipe.
5. The floor was full of tinsel, which made it seem like the room had not even been vacuumed properly.

2. 晚餐后我们试图打开电视，但它无法使用，因为没有信号。我随即打电话给前台报告了这一问题。但是他们无法立即派人来修理。
3. 最糟糕的就是床。其中一张床上的床单布满了棕色和红色的污渍，令人作呕。我们三个人最后只能挤在一张大号床上睡，感觉非常不舒服。
4. 桌子和椅子上也有污渍，客房清洁人员只要彻底打扫一下就能轻松去除。如附上的照片所示，我用湿巾擦拭时那些污渍立刻就擦掉了。
5. 地板上到处都是亮片。这就导致整个房间看起来甚至都没被好好吸尘过。
