Great free tour at certain times

点评：We went as a family with teens in March. The first time we entered in the evening just before going to the stone bridge, the lady at the counter asked us to come back the next morning as it was just 5 mins from closing time. She was kind enough to suggest some other activities that we could try in the evening instead.
We came back the next morning, not expecting much since it was a Sunday, but she was there, and as there were a few other colleagues to man the front desk, she gave us a truly passionate and detailed history of the city from the middle ages to present that lasted almost 2 hours. There were a few Germans who had also joined the group and perhaps they knew the history - maybe having studied it in school - So they did not seem as interested.
The museum exhibits are well laid out chronologically and they have lots of displays of how houses would have looked, or what the court looked like, the diplomatic community, the traders along the river etc.
We only paid the entrance fee and this was a free tour.
This really made our trip and I would recommend that everyone attend the tour atleast once. It was not boring at all and deeply enriching.
