Not the Luxury Spa Experience We Expected

点评：Not what we were expecting. Eagle View Spa is essentially a home-based business with a spa, pool and a couple of small saunas. Unfortunately, the facilities felt dated and were not as clean or well-maintained as we had hoped. The gowns and towels were stained, and some of the lounge furniture appeared mouldy.The cheese platter was nice, and the view is genuinely lovely, which were the highlights of the experience. However, we did not feel the overall experience matched the premium or luxury image that was presented. At $159 per person, we felt it was significantly overpriced for what was offered, and even filling the allocated 2.5 hours felt like a stretch.Our group of four left feeling disappointed and that the experience had been misrepresented. Unfortunately, we would not return or recommend it based on our experience.
