Terrible experience, no punctual, disorganised.
Bluewater Express的点评
点评：Cataferry way much better than Bluewater.
Terrible experience with Bluewater, we have bought one way tickets to Berjaya and checked in online, still have to queue up (slow) for boarding pass and had to pay again, another person next to me came later was being settled before me, and was given 3 zip lock trips without any tags(don't know for what).
Waiting at jetty was a chaos, at the beginning, most of us didn't know where to line up, then the ferry was late, departure time supposed to be 11am, but we waited till near 1pm, finally embarking, last around 10 persons was been called to embarking to another ferry(even though we have seats assigned to on Bluewater), while queuing up, one of the crews even calling the people queuing behind ones to come Infront to cut our(we around 10pax) Q!! on this ferry, the crews even wanted a family with kids to be seated separately as there were no seats vacant for a whole family, at the end they let them go to another floor which was vacant.
