If you pass through Buxton, you MUST try this pub, pleasant surroundings friendly staff (dog friendly, well behaved)

点评：Amazing! This is truly your traditional village pub, in Buxton on Terrace Road.A homely pub nicely decorated with a mix of modern and traditional, we were only calling for a quick drink after cruising in the late autumn sunshine around the beautiful peak district.
We decided to try the food,and went for lighter bites, I had the cheeseboard, 3 cheese of my choosing with Ciabatta crackers, biscuits etc, etc... very nice and different from the usual. My wife settled for olives they were again excellent quality. The food was fantastic quality, delicious!
Other people were tucking into a Sunday roast that too looked very well appointed.
The beer on offer was varied including one of my favourites, Timothy Taylor, I opted for "Landlord", my chose a pinot wife's and went down well, in a decent sized wine glass, a rare thing these days.
We got chattng to the locals, who were really from Essex, but moved to the area cause they like the Peak District. Very friendly!
The staff were excellent, and even promised to try and source some chicken crisps (lol).
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

我们和当地人聊了起来，他们其实来自埃塞克斯郡，但因为喜欢峰区而搬到了这里。他们非常友好！
员工服务超棒，甚至还答应帮我找找鸡柳脆片（哈哈）。
