Very Memorable Day and Excellent Tour Guide

点评：This is mine and my family's third trip to South Africa and it's a privilege. South Afica is a vibrant, vast, and incredibly beautiful country with a rich and diverse culture.
Today, 04.11.25, we travelled with our tour guide, Richard, to Constitutional Hill, Johannesburg Botanical Gardens, a grill or Braai lunch in Soweto, and Walter Sisulu Botanical Gardens. The morning's tour was extremely educational, moving, and challenging, but essential for understanding some of South Africa's complex history and new developing democracy. The afternoon was more relaxing. The food made authentically by local people was incredible. The Botanical Gardens, especially The Walter Sisulu one was something to behold. In fact, I think The Walter Sisulu one could merit a half day or full day tour on it's own because it's not simply a garden.
Our private guide, Richard, was a gentleman. He was extremely knowledgeable, humble, patient, approachable, and very attentive, especially towards my mum. He listened intently, was informative, warm, and very easy to engage with. Tour guides, like Richard, are a pleasure to work with. Their enthusiasm for their work, their knowledge delivery, approach, and manner are inspiring and leave people like me wanting to learn more.
