点评:I recently took the Vegetable Forward Cooking Class with Juls' Kitchen and honestly, it was one of the highlights of my time in Tuscany.
Jules and her husband Tomasso were incredibly warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. You immediately feel like you’re being invited into someone’s home rather than attending a formal class. Their love for Tuscan food, seasonal ingredients and traditional cooking really shines through in everything they do.
The setting itself was beautiful — a traditional Tuscan stone villa in the countryside, full of charm and authenticity, but with a lovely modern kitchen that made cooking together relaxed and easy.
We made the most delicious vegetarian dishes using simple fresh ingredients, and what I loved most was that everything felt achievable to recreate at home. This wasn’t restaurant-style cooking for show — it was generous, soulful food you genuinely want to cook again for family and friends.
The whole experience felt calm, joyful and deeply authentic. There was lots of laughter, conversation, beautiful food and that wonderful feeling of slowing down and really enjoying the process of cooking and eating together.
I left inspired, very well fed, and already planning which dishes I’m going to make first when I get home. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
