Wild Root Safaris and Adventures的点评
点评：Wild Roots treats you like royalty from start to finish. When our luggage was lost for three days, owner Mathew personally bought us essentials, chased the airline daily, and had our bags driven straight to us on safari.
Our safari covered Ngorongoro Crater, Tarangire, and the Central/Upper Serengeti — a route that minimized driving and maximized wildlife time. We saw the Big Five repeatedly and even caught the Great Migration. Our driver John found every animal we hoped to see and was endlessly patient getting us great photos. He even remembered a suitcase we almost forgot at a stop.
Mathew also personally took us souvenir shopping and helped my husband replace a lost phone cord — that's the level of care you get here. We stored luggage at a hotel in Arusha Mathew delivered on our last day to our airport hotel. Lodging and service throughout were excellent, and we also used Wild Roots for a Kilimanjaro day hike to base camp.
Can't recommend this company enough.
