点评：I absolutely do not recommend this place, especially not for families with children.
We arrived with a group of children aged 9–16, and unfortunately the experience was shocking. The staff were rude, aggressive, and showed no patience or professionalism.
During the ride, a 9-year-old child accidentally drove the go-kart into the plastic barrier. Instead of calmly explaining how to continue, one of the staff members screamed at him, cursed at him, and even pushed him. Later, when a similar incident happened with a 16-year-old girl, a staff member aggressively pulled her helmet off her head while yelling at her.
The staff’s behavior was aggressive, humiliating, and verbally abusive toward children. When we tried to complain at the location, we received no proper response and no apology.
The children left the place crying and frightened, instead of enjoying what should have been a fun and safe experience.
There are ways to maintain safety and guide children, but there is absolutely no justification for shouting, swearing, pushing, or humiliating behavior. For us, this was a very upsetting experience.
