Best Wine Tour in West Kelowna

点评：This was my second time in Kelowna, my first trip was in 2019 for business. I loved my first trip so much I had to bring my wife out on vacation to experience the beauty, culture, history, and of course, the amazing wines.
During my trip in 2019, we had the opportunity to go on a wine tour with Mike and Terri. I found the tour not only fun, but informative, with a strong attention to detail that you don't always see with tours of this nature.
So, upon deciding to return to Kelowna, I was eager to get another tour booked with Mike and Terri at Roots & Vines. The process was simple, I chose to communicate over email, they were quick to respond and ask questions regarding what types of establishments we would like to see, what type of tour we were looking for etc.
On the day of the tour, we were picked up in a comfortable, air conditioned, van/bus by Mike. Mike was welcoming, kind, polite and extremely knowledgeable about the Kelowna area in general, about the culture, the history of the vineyards and cideries we visited, and catered to our every need. He had even set us up with an amazing meal at the Modest Butcher, which was excellent. By the end of the day, we had visited 6 or 7 wineries and a cidery, and would both say that this was the highlight of our trip. I should also point out that I had heart surgery a month prior and had some mobility issues. This was taken into account by Mike and allowed me to have a wonderful experience despite my reduced mobility. Mike treated us like one of his family and will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Thanks Mike, we'll probably see you again in a few years!
