Spartivento Charter的点评
点评：We had a wonderful trip overall. The boat experience was great, and the crew and staff on board were absolutely fantastic.
Unfortunately, the experience after the trip has been very disappointing. When the final account was settled, there was a balance of approximately €250 in our favor that Spartivento was supposed to refund. It has now been a month and a half, and despite repeatedly following up, we still have not received the money.
My advice to future customers: do not leave the final account with a balance in your favor. It is much better to settle any amount you owe them afterward than to have Spartivento owe you money, because in our experience, getting a refund has been extremely difficult and, so far, unsuccessful.
It is a shame because the trip itself and the crew were excellent, but the way this relatively small refund has been handled has left us with a very disappointing final impression
