点评：We enjoyed our first tour and tasting at Peerless distilling. Very close to Whiskey Row. Beautiful facility. This is a small distillery that is putting out very unique offerings in smaller batches…. Gives you a chance to explore the character of the bourbons during a very generous tasting experience. Our guide was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the product. They have only around 20 employees and they frequently rotate positions so they are well schooled in their product. As we browsed the gift shop there was a gentleman seated at an imposing desk right in the midst of the operation visiting with customers . I told him he looked important- and he introduced himself as Corky …. Fourth generation peerless distiller and sole owner of the distillery. Thought that was pretty impressive that he was making time to visit with visitors and answer questions. Thanks again for a great afternoon of great bourbon and whiskey
