Ive just done a Aqua Aerobics Class in Leitrim Leisure centre
The trainer was Calum.
Calum transformed this aqua aerobics session into an electrifying, joyous, and deeply effective full-body workout. He designs smart, balanced water routines that target every single muscle group.. His enthusiastic, voice keeps you pushing through the resistance right to the end. He brings a bright smile and high-octane motivation from the first minute to the last. Low-impact movements while keeping your heart rate soaring. The 45min flies by because he infuses every drill with upbeat music.
The absolute best aquatic fitness trainer you could ever hope to find. Keep Calum on the Aqua Aerobics Class please 🙏
