I arrived on Friday 25 September at 18:40 and asked to hit a few balls. The range was open until 19:00, but I was told I could not, because they had "already closed the accounts for the day".
When I asked why, given that I was well inside opening hours, the answer came in an extremely rude tone and made no sense at all. I was told that if they allowed this, they "would have to be open 24 hours". I was not asking for special treatment. I was asking to use a facility that was still open for another twenty minutes.
A club that markets itself as premium and five star does not send a customer away inside its own opening hours, and does not speak to that customer the way I was spoken to. If the range really closes at 18:30 for accounting reasons, then publish 18:30.
I left without playing and will not be back. There are plenty of courses in the Algarve where the welcome matches the price list.

我没能打球就离开了，以后也不会再光顾了。在阿尔加维有很多球场，其接待服务与价格相符。
