Not very happy with our experience
Wensum Valley Hotel Golf & Country Club的点评
点评：The girls at receptions were friendly and welcoming,
The room is quite small and very hot during the night due to the small amount the window opens.
The room didn’t feel clean at all mug stains on all the wooden surfaces and the lamp shade a thick layer of dust on which looks like it’s built up over months and also lots of surfaces were still dirty and dusty! The room feels really dated and not much love put into it. The walls are scuffed and the radiator is dirty and rusty, the furniture is old and needs replacing.
The spa facilities weren’t much better the roof was practically falling down and a disgusting yellow colour and then by our sun loungers there was a massive piece of chewed up gum! The floor was a horrible black colour around the pool side which was manky and the hot tub was out of use. The changing rooms were old and dated and also didn’t feel clean either. The steam room was far to hot and definitely not at the correct temperature the sauna was a bit better.
It’s also very noisy at night, you can hear shouting from the bar on the ground floor as well as everyone who walks up the stairs and opens their doors even late into the night. The car park is also really noisy even late at night.
