点评:We came to this cenote park as part of a tour that also included a trip to a jewelry store, tequila tasting, and a stop at a souvenir shop first. Once we got to the cenote park, Alejandro was a wonderful "tour guide". He met our tour van and gave us our introduction to the available activities, which included horseback riding, ATV rides, and ziplining, in addition to swimming in the cenote. He also explained a little bit about the cenote, what to expect, and the 3 ways to "enter" the cenote. Hubby and I decided to stick with the refreshment of the cenote only. It was a unique, "enclosed" cenote, meaning it's got a small hole at the top where the ceiling collapsed to expose the cenote, so it's like swimming in a cave, complete with stalactites. Beautiful cool, clear water, a rope swing, a dock with steps and pretty easy entry and exit with ladders and steps. Of course, you can also do the "big jump" into the water from the hole in the roof of the cavern. Afterwards, we were provided 2 street-style tacos and a drink of Jamaica (hibiscus tea) (included as part of the tour we were on). Hubby and I stopped at a little stand there to get a paleta (frozen fruit bar) as well ($8.00 for 2), which were very refreshing. Alejandro (Alex) checked in frequently, remembered those from our group, and made sure to keep us informed of "what next", as well as keeping everything flowing in a timely manner. All in all, a good experience, and I would return.
