点评:For a stop between Mara and the north, we enjoyed Soysambu Conservancy. It is expensive for 'foreigners' but less or equivalent to the National Parks and the camping facilities were very good. We were the only campers so having Monkey Bridge campsite to ourselves with the hot shower, fire, flush toilets, was very nice (a Sunday night in low season). The reserve is interesting to drive around - as others have said gate staff were a bit disinterested, no maps, fend for yourself! OpenStreetMap apps have some tracks but the lake has risen so there are quite a few dead ends. A 4x4 was necessary in one location. The flamingos and some pelicans were at the north of the lake and we saw hyena, jackal, buffalo, zebra, antelope, dik dik, baboons, giraffe, and cattle, so it was a 'nice' place to spend an evening and morning.
