The Inverness Castle Experience的点评
点评：So good. As a local I was concerned that the council would not make a good job of this visitor attraction. I was wrong - it’s impressive. The conversion of the castle to a visitor attraction has been done to the highest quality.
The fabric of the building and the views are fantastic. This is is not an attraction to give you detail about all of the Highlands and its past, present and future. It’s there as an inspiring experience encouraging the visitor to go out and explore. If traditional museums are your thing you may think this is a bit superficial. But in terms of giving a feel of the Highlands, it’s great. As a Highlander I was surprised how proud it made me feel.
Highlights - the quality, the beautiful design inside and out, fantastic Highland tapestries, the chance for Highlanders to tell their story.
Less positive - could have been a bit more future- looking, focus on storytelling gave me impression of stories rather than real experiences. Shop has some lovely produce but is expensive.
Yes the entry is quite pricey but you can spend a lot of time here, inside and out. It’s so worth it!
