点评：Myself and friends went to wine taste in Lodi. One of the friends picked Oak Farm and made a reservation for us based on reviews. The landscape, outdoor and indoor seating looked very nice. However, when we arrived at 3:45 for our scheduled 4:00 tasting the staff acted as if we were bothering them. Especially our wine pourer Monica was very off putting and unfriendly right off from the start to the end. We wanted to see where we could sit and were told very in a rough manner of voice that tastings “were for standing only.” During each pour she never described the wine as to it’s origin of grapes, where they were grown, notes about how the wine taste, etc as every other winery we’ve been to has described each tasting. No small talk at all. There was no experience about the tastings. She didn’t smile even once. Apparently, outdoor seating was for members only. The indoor seating was completely empty as it was a Monday. We were surprised that the $20 tasting fee would only be waived upon the purchase of 2 bottles, not 1 like most wineries. She never even discussed the wine club details. We were very surprised at the end that the tasting fee was also taxed. We’ve never been taxed on a tasting fee in Lodi, Napa, Sonoma, Amador, Mendocino County, etc and other locations ever before. We will never return and definitely not recommend the winery. In fact, will mention to our friends to not go there.
